We start every Mercedes repair with a complete diagnosis including a mechanical and visual inspection, a road test, and a computerized diagnostic scan to isolate the cause of your concern. We communicate the results to you in as much detail as you want, and answer any questions you might have about the repair. We are experts at diagnostics on German models, specializing in Mercedes-specific repairs like power window switch replacement on the ML, correcting excessive engine oil consumption on the E Class, to brake and strut replacements on C Class. We only perform repairs with your approval, and always use OEM or high-quality parts and fluids for your Mercedes repair.
