SMS Policy

Terry's Service Center takes customer privacy, transparency, and compliance seriously. This Messaging Compliance Policy outlines how we use SMS (text messaging) to communicate with our customers and how we ensure compliance with U.S. messaging laws and industry guidelines, including those set forth by mobile carriers and Twilio’s A2P 10DLC program.
1. Purpose of Messaging
Terry's Service Center uses SMS messaging to:

Provide updates on service status or vehicle readiness

Send promotional offers (only with prior consent)

Provide estimates after photo submission (by request)
We do not use SMS for mass marketing without clear opt-in.
2. Opt-In Policy
Customers must explicitly opt-in to receive SMS messages from Dent Time. Consent can be given by:

Texting us directly to initiate communication

Checking an opt-in box during online scheduling

Verbally consenting during a phone call
3. Opt-Out Policy
Customers can opt-out at any time by replying:

“STOP” to stop all messages

“HELP” to receive assistance or information on how to opt out
Once a STOP request is received, no further messages will be sent unless the user opts in again.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on the service requested but will not exceed 3–5 messages per repair job, unless the customer initiates further contact or authorizes additional messaging.
5. Data Privacy
Dent Time does not sell or share personal data, phone numbers, or customer information with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored securely and used solely to provide customer service and communicate repair status.

7. Compliance Statement
